Healthcare, clean water, shelter for orphans, relief in disaster — Etdal's welfare programs exist so no one in our communities has to face hardship alone.
Welfare, for Etdal, isn't a single program — it's several, each answering a different kind of need. A family with a sick child needs a dispensary. A village without clean water needs a filtration plant. An orphaned child needs more than charity — they need a home. And a family that loses everything overnight needs help within days, not months.
Etdal's dispensary opened its doors on August 18, 2024, and has already treated over 470 patients — every one of them free of charge. No patient is turned away for being unable to pay.

The Prophet ﷺ described himself and the caretaker of an orphan as "close as these two fingers" in Paradise. Etdal's orphan sponsorship program provides housing, education, and upbringing for orphaned children on a sustained basis, funded through zakat and sadaqah.

During Ramadan and Eid, Etdal distributes rations and clothing to families who need it most — 1,500 households have received ration packages, and 1,300 individuals have received clothing bundles.
Over 700 families were assisted during the COVID-19 pandemic, 300 families during the 2023 floods, and 1,326 individuals affected by fires and accidents have received emergency support.
For orphaned and deserving young women preparing for marriage, Etdal provides dowry support — 70 women have been assisted so far.
